Stayed in clean, quiet upper unit. Lots of natural light. Helpful hosts. Avoided rush hour traffic. Lovely stream.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Rooms with beautiful view. Its location was favourable, close to enjoying the time, airport and a shopping centre and locations around Christchurch. We had setting close to food shops.
Something as closet missing.

I had an amazing value for money at this cozy hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - close enough to the CBD to easily explore the city, yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts, Tony and Monique, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options to choose from.

Great stay, lovely and clean rooms. the small kitchenette had everything we needed, like a kettle and toaster. the hosts were friendly and gave us useful information about the city. the location was perfect for our city trip, close to public transportation and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning.
The lack of heating in the room during the colder season. It would have been nice to have a proper heat pump or an electric blanket to keep us warm.

River Views: My stay at this hotel was like stepping into a picturesque painting. The views of the flowing river were simply enchanting, creating a serene atmosphere that made me feel like I was on a retreat in nature.
Tricky Stairs: The outside stairs leading to the unit were a bit challenging to maneuver with suitcases.

The room at Stream View was just what I needed after a long day of business meetings. The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave made it easy to heat up a quick meal. The seating area was cozy and perfect for unwinding. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for some entertainment.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the private entrance in the studio room. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

We had a fantastic stay at Monique and Tony's cozy apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a handy little oven and spices for cooking. The location was perfect, close enough to the CBD to easily explore but still peaceful and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing bikes and a map to get around town. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Can definitely recommend this hotel.
